1. Jolkinolide B (JB) is the main component of Euphorbia chamaejasme. It was first published in Shennong herbal classic. Its root is used as medicine and toxic. It is used in the folk to treat skin, tuberculosis, tumor and other diseases. Diterpenoids separated from roots of Euphorbia Fischer root. Chemicalbook ester B from 17- hydroxyl rock Euphorbia Fischer can inhibit K562 cell growth and induce apoptosis in vitro, and find that it has a significant anti-inflammatory effect.
